To deepen your coaching experience, I offer four short guided meditations (5–15 minutes) to use before or after our sessions. These meditations help you center and check in with yourself, ground in your body, cultivate loving-kindness, and gently integrate the insights from our work together. They create space for reflection and connection, enhancing the transformation coaching brings.
When we start coaching towards a goal, we uncover some aspects of ourselves that we had left untouched sometimes for years: beliefs, values, strengths...
In my coaching process, we will unearth some of these and only work on them if they become a barrier to your goal.
You can also do some more work on them by yourself to ensure you are well aware of all your gifts and using them to your advantage.
