Minimum Age Requirement:

Dispute Resolution:
Good Faith Negotiation: I strive to resolve any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or your use of this website in a timely and cost-effective manner. In the event of a dispute, you and I agree to attempt to resolve it promptly through good faith negotiations.
Mediation: If we are unable to reach a satisfactory resolution through negotiation, I strongly encourage you to consider resolving the dispute through binding mediation in accordance with the CEDR Model Mediation Rules. The costs of mediation will be shared equally between you and I.
Litigation: If mediation is unsuccessful or you elect not to participate in mediation, any remaining dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or your use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in England and Wales.
2. Service Specific Terms
Online Courses, Classes and workshops:
To register for an online course, class, or workshop on Present Brave Kind, you will need to fill a registration form for the program you wish to enrol in and provide your contact information during checkout. We accept payment by credit card, debit card through the provider Stripe. The total cost, including any applicable taxes, will be displayed before you confirm your payment. Upon successful registration and payment, you will receive a confirmation email with details about your enrollment and access to the program materials (if applicable).
To book for a face to face course, class, or workshop on Present Brave Kind, you will need to fill the contact form and provide your contact information. The teacher will contact you to discuss the specifics of the service you wish to book, and will draft a specific statement of work in collaboration with you. We accept payment by credit card, debit card through the provider Stripe. You will receive a quote for the cost of the class, course or workshop at least 30 days before they start (except if agreed differently). An invoice of the total cost, including any additional fees incurred (commute, materials, food & drink, applicable taxes) will be shared by email within 1 week of the first part of the service being delivered. Invoice is payable within 30 days of the receipt of it.
For online courses, classes and workshop, a full refund will be issued if you cancel at least 5 days before the start date. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the start date will be subject to a 50% refund. Unfortunately, refunds cannot be offered for cancellations made after the course begins or after course materials have been accessed.
For in-person workshops, in addition to the above, cancellations for face-to-face workshops may not be accepted within 30 days of the event due to venue and catering commitments. We recommend contacting us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
Cancellations should be done by using the Contact Me form or the direct contact detail of the teacher provided at the time of booking.
Upon enrollment, you will receive permanent access to all course materials, including videos, lectures, and downloadable resources.
Agreement for Multicultural Interactions:
To foster a safe and inclusive learning environment for all participants, we expect everyone to follow our established Agreement for Multicultural Interaction. This agreement outlines respectful communication guidelines and expectations for online classes, courses, and workshops.Unacceptable behaviour includes, but is not limited to:
Harassment: This encompasses any behaviour that is abusive, threatening, intimidating, discriminatory, or offensive based on a person's race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic.
Disruption: This includes behaviour that interferes with the instructor's ability to conduct the class or other participants' ability to learn. Examples include repeated interruptions, making inappropriate or offensive comments,or using the platform for unauthorized purposes.
Inappropriate content: Posting or sharing content that is sexually suggestive, violent, or otherwise harmful is strictly prohibited.
Consequences of Unacceptable Behaviour:
If a participant engages in unacceptable behaviour, the instructor may take one or more of the following actions:
Verbal warning: The instructor will directly address the behaviour and remind the participant of the expected conduct.
Temporary removal: For more serious offenses, the instructor may temporarily remove the participant from the class session.
Termination of service: In cases of severe or repeated violations, the instructor reserves the right to permanently remove the participant from the class with no refund.
We encourage a respectful and inclusive learning environment. By registering for a class, course, or workshop, you agree to abide by these terms.
Class capacity:
In order to provide a personalised learning experience, each online and face-to-face class, course and workshop will have a limited capacity of:
12 participants for online
15 participants for face to face
Larger number of participants can be catered for with the support of an additional teacher or facilitator
Registrations:
Registrations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
If a learning event reaches capacity, you will have the option to add yourself to a waitlist. You can access the waitlist through a link on the registration page. We will notify waitlisted participants via email if a spot becomes available. You will have 72 hours to confirm your place on the workshop if notified.
Waitlisted participants may be offered the opportunity to join an online version of the workshop (if available) or receive priority registration for the next in-person workshop.
Meditation Audio Downloads:
We accept payment by credit card, debit card through the provider Stripe. The total cost, including any applicable taxes, will be displayed before you confirm your payment.
Once your purchase is complete, you will receive a download link via email for your meditation audio tracks. The link will be valid for a single download. The audio tracks are provided in MP3 format and are compatible with most media player software.
For your privacy and security, the downloaded audio tracks are for your personal use only. Sharing, copying, or distributing the audio tracks to third parties is strictly prohibited. These downloadable tracks are only for playback on your personal devices and authorized applications.
Due to the downloadable nature of my meditation audio tracks, returns and refunds are generally not offered. However, I may consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis. Please contact me if you encounter any issues with your download or if you feel the material hasn't delivered on the benefits it claimed to.
3. Privacy Policy
