You will learn about the different teachings and practices of Thich Nhat Hanh like the Pebble meditation, loving speech and deep listening and Interbeing, and will be invited to reflect and integrate the learnings in different ways.

Sound Meditation: practice deep iistening with a focus on the sounds of the bells.
Teachings: learn Thich Nhat Hanh's wisdom on loving speech and deep listening
Reflect: on times when you are and aren't able to listen to your children
