Coaching is a deeply transformative process that works best when we create space to connect with ourselves before and after a session. To support you in this journey, I offer 4 short guided meditations (5–15 minutes each) that you can use before or after our time together.
Each meditation is designed to meet a specific need:
Centering and Checking In: Ground yourself in the present moment and tune into your inner landscape before we begin.
Grounding in the Body: Tune into your physical sensations to feel more present.
Nourishing with Loving-Kindness: Practice metta meditation to cultivate warmth and compassion toward yourself.
Settling and Integrating: After our session, allow time to gently settle back into your mind, heart, and body, reflecting on the insights and work we’ve done together.
These meditations are your tools for deepening the coaching experience, helping you show up fully for the session and carry its benefits forward into your life.
