What to Expect
Each 45-minute session is tailored to your needs, focusing on a guided meditation lasting between 20 and 40 minutes. We’ll decide the session’s focus during our initial connection call or at the start of each session, allowing flexibility to address your current needs. The remaining time will be used to set intentions, reflect on your experience, or explore meditation techniques and wisdom to support your journey.
Getting Started
We’ll begin with a FREE connection call to get to know each other. This is an opportunity for you to share your meditation journey, expectations, and challenges, and for us to determine how I can best support you. The call will include a brief 5 to 15-minute meditation to give you a taste of what our sessions might feel like. Based on this, we can book 1 to 10 sessions, either online or in person, depending on your needs and commitment.
What You’ll Need
A space where you can focus—even if it isn’t perfectly quiet. No special clothing, tools, or equipment are required, but you’re welcome to bring anything that helps you feel comfortable and fully present during the session.
Investment
The cost* of the 1-on-1 sessions depend on your time commitment and are updated on a yearly basis**.
