What to Expect
Each coaching session is designed to support your unique journey, focusing on your specific goals and challenges. A typical session lasts 60 minutes and follows a clear structure:
Review: We’ll start by reflecting on what you accomplished since our last session, as well as any obstacles you encountered.
Understand: We’ll explore what might have held you back and uncover deeper insights.
Discuss Options: Together, we’ll brainstorm your next steps, considering strategies and approaches tailored to your situation.
Plan Actions: You’ll choose your next steps, setting clear, actionable goals and timelines to move forward.
Each session is flexible, allowing us to adapt based on what you need most at the time. Occasionally, I may introduce new exercises or concepts to support your progress.
Sessions are typically held every 2 to 4 weeks to give you ample time to work on your goals while maintaining momentum.
Getting Started
Booking your first coaching session is simple:
Initial Connection: Schedule a free discovery call to discuss your goals and determine if we’re a good fit.
Scheduling: Book your coaching sessions directly through my calendar. You can plan sessions up to three months in advance, or we can agree on the next date at the end of each session.
Platform: Sessions are conducted via Google Meet.
What You’ll Need
To make the most of our coaching sessions, you’ll need:
A Quiet Space: Choose a calm, distraction-free environment.
Preparedness: Arrive focused and ready to discuss your goals - optional tools, such as a mindfulness meditation or session preparation sheet can help you (available in the Client’s Corner on this website).
Openness: A willingness to explore, reflect, and engage with the process... I will be challenging, enquiring, and nudging you "out of your comfort zone"!
Investment
Coaching sessions are priced to reflect the value of our work together. I offer:
One off 1 hour session
3 x 1 hour sessions
6 x 1 hour sessions
9 x 1 hour sessions
Payments can be done via Paypall (like the on demand classes) or paid by bank transfer after I send you an invoice.
