Rooted in mindfulness, compassion, and heart-centred practices, this four-week journey explores qualities that strengthen both the inner world of the parent and the emotional climate of the home. Through gentle teachings, guided meditations, reflections, and simple integrative practices, you will learn how to cultivate more presence, patience, joy, and understanding, starting with yourself.

Parenting with Heart is a self-paced online programme designed to support you in cultivating more calm, connection, and emotional balance within your family life.
Format: Weekly on-demand content including teaching videos, guided meditations, reflections, and simple creative practices. Everything is hosted on a private website where you can move through the material at your own pace and return to it whenever you need grounding or inspiration.
Community: While this course does not include a private group, you are warmly invited to stay connected through my social channels. I regularly share teachings, reflections, practices, and gentle encouragement on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram. Other like-minded parents engage there too, offering an informal sense of community, shared experience, and support.
Suggested Start Date: You are welcome to begin anytime. If you enjoy structure, you may choose to start on a Monday at the start of the month to set a clear intention and create a natural weekly rhythm.
Open to All: Although this programme was created with parents in mind, any carer of school-aged children can benefit from the practices. Grandparents, childminders, extended family members, teachers, and community caregivers are all welcome to join and make this journey their own.
