Your home holds a lot.
Family life.
Work-from-home corners.
Children’s things.
Laundry that appears to reproduce quietly in the night.
Rooms that look perfectly fine, but somehow do not feel restful.
A Home Wellbeing & Feng Shui Consultation is a gentle, practical way to look at how your home is affecting your energy, mood, rest, work and family rhythm.
This is not about creating a perfect home.
It is about noticing what your space is asking of you, what it is giving back, and where small changes could make daily life feel more settled.
Introductory public price: £75
Includes a written home analysis report of at least 20 pages and a 1-hour online debrief.
Sometimes a home can be beautiful, tidy enough, or perfectly functional on paper, and still not quite feel right.
You may notice that:
Some rooms never feel restful, no matter how often you tidy them;
Work has quietly moved into family space;
Children’s things have taken over corners, surfaces and possibly your will to live;
The home feels busy, heavy or overstimulating;
You are redecorating, moving, or trying to make a space work better;
You want your home to feel calmer, but not sterile or stripped of real family life.
This consultation gives you a different way to look at your home.
Not as a list of problems to fix.
As a living environment that can either drain you, steady you, or gently bring you back to yourself.
I use Feng Shui, especially the 5 elements, alongside a mindful and practical understanding of how daily environments affect the nervous system.
Together, we look at how your home relates to:
The aim is not to make your home look like nobody lives there.
That would be suspicious, frankly.
The aim is to help your home feel more supportive of the life actually happening inside it.
A personalised home analysis
I review the information you share about your home, including photos, floor plans where available, the way rooms are used, and the areas that feel most difficult or important right now.
A written report
You will receive a tailored home wellbeing and Feng Shui report of at least 20 pages.
This will include observations, reflections and practical recommendations using the 5 elements, with attention to your nervous system, family rhythm, relationships and current goals.
A 1-hour online debrief
We meet online to go through the report together, so you can understand the recommendations and decide what feels realistic for your home.
Because the best change is not the one that looks impressive.
It is the one you can actually live with.
You send a short message letting me know you are interested in the introductory Home Wellbeing & Feng Shui Consultation or you purchase the offer.
I will ask you for a few simple details, such as photos, a floor plan if you have one, who lives in the home, how the rooms are used, and what you would like the home to feel like.
I analyse your home through the lens of Feng Shui, the 5 elements, and the lived reality of family life.
We go through the report together and identify the changes that feel most useful, manageable and timely.
You do not need to change everything at once.
Often, the most helpful changes are small, intentional and surprisingly ordinary.
Moving a desk.
Softening a room.
Clearing one threshold.
Changing what you see when you first walk in.
Giving a room one clear purpose again.
Tiny domestic rebellions. The best kind.
Redecorating this summer
Moving home or settling into a new space
Creating or improving a work-from-home area
Feeling that your home has become too busy or overstimulating
Wanting your children’s spaces to feel calmer and more supportive
Trying to make your home feel more like a place of rest, not just another management system
This consultation is not about judging your home.
It is not about telling you to throw everything away.
It is not about buying a whole new set of cushions, unless you were already looking for permission, in which case I remain officially neutral.
And it is definitely not about pretending family homes should look like magazine spreads at all times.
A real home holds mess, snacks, school bags, odd socks, emotional weather, and the occasional Lego piece waiting to ambush your foot.
The question is not, “Is this home perfect?”
The question is, “Is this home supporting the way you want to live?”
We often think about wellbeing as something we practise inside ourselves.
Meditation.
Breathing.
Rest.
Self-reflection.
How we respond instead of react.
But we do not practise any of this in a vacuum.
We practise in kitchens, bedrooms, hallways, home offices, children’s rooms, shared spaces and doorways where everyone suddenly needs something at exactly the same time.
Your home is part of your daily nervous system.
It can add friction, noise and demand.
Or it can offer cues for calm, clarity, connection and recovery.
This is where Feng Shui becomes very practical.
It invites us to notice the relationship between space and life,
then make small changes that support what matters most.
I am Anaïs, founder of Present, Brave & Kind.
I am a mindfulness meditation teacher, coach and Feng Shui consultant with a background in science and over 13 years in the corporate world.
My work brings together mindfulness, coaching, Feng Shui, lived experience and a grounded understanding of how stress, emotional load and family life shape the way we feel at home.
I work especially with parents who want to feel more present, steady and connected, without adding another unrealistic task to an already full life.
Because sometimes the work is internal.
And sometimes the chair really is in the wrong place.
I am opening a small number of Introductory Home Wellbeing & Feng Shui consultations while I refine this new strand of my work.
Introductory public price: £75
This includes:
A tailored written home analysis report of at least 20 pages
Practical Feng Shui and 5 elements recommendations
Reflections on how your home relates to your nervous system, family rhythm, relationships and goals
A 1-hour online debrief
You can also book a free 30-minute connection call if you would like to ask whether this is the right starting point for your home.
Do I need to know anything about Feng Shui?
No. You do not need any previous knowledge or belief system.
I will explain everything in a grounded and practical way, so you can understand what I am noticing and why it may matter.
Will I need to redecorate everything?
No. The recommendations are designed to be realistic.
Sometimes redecorating is part of the process, especially if you are already planning changes. But often the first shifts are about placement, function, colour balance, visual weight, flow, light, and how each room is being asked to work.
Can this work if I rent my home?
Yes. Many useful changes do not require structural work or permanent decisions.
We can focus on layout, colour accents, objects, lighting, storage, boundaries between functions, and how each space feels.
Is this only for parents?
No. The offer is open to anyone who wants their home to feel more supportive.
My work often speaks to parents because family life asks a lot from a home, but you do not need to be a parent to book this consultation.
What do I need to send you?
I will guide you through this, but it may include photos, a floor plan if you have one, the direction of the home if known, and a few reflections about what feels difficult or important in the space.
What happens after the consultation?
You will have your report, the debrief conversation, and a set of recommendations you can begin applying in your own time.
There is no pressure to do everything at once.
A home changes best when it changes with the people living in it.
